Shipping Information

We ship via UPS and Fedex, which delivers to all US addresses, except PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

We are currently only shipping within the continental US. Please contact us for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Gift orders generally ship within 48 business hours. Welcome Totes require 4-6 weeks lead-time. Favors generally ship within 3-5 business days, except N&L Exclusive Favors which have longer lead times as indicated. Please contact us for rush orders.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your email address will never be given to a third party.

Security Policy

Navy & Lavender accepts American Express, MasterCard, or Visa, but does not store nor has access to customers’ credit card numbers. When a purchase is made at Navy & Lavender, the credit information is encrypted by Verisign and sent securely to our bank for processing.

Order Tracking

When an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent containing the order information. When an order ships, an additional email is sent containing the carrier tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in assuring the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied, you can make a return or exchange for the cost of the item within 14 days of delivery.

To proceed with the return correctly, please contact a customer service representative to obtain a return authorization code and instructions for return shipping. Items must be unused and in the original packaging as delivered. Please securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box.

If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item.

Postage on all returns must be pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. returns. We recommend that you insure your shipment.

All welcome totes, favor cakes, edible favors, and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.

Sales Tax

The Federal Government requires that we collect tax for items shipped to a state where Navy & Lavender maintains a physical presence. Currently, we are only collecting sales tax in the State of New York.

Food Allergy Disclaimer

Food products that Navy & Lavender provides are generally labeled with possible allergen-containing ingredients from the manufacturer. Any non-labeled food always has a risk of possible allergen contamination. All clients and their guests are encouraged to read the labels before consuming. Navy & Lavender will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed.
